Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: B.E. in Electrical and Electronics (EEE) with an MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of sales experience in the power products industry or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for power products.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into emerging markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
