Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of shutdown experience in oil & gas/petrochemical plants
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ITI/Diploma holder
- Capability to obtain a Permit to Work and ensure safety protocols
- Supervise jobs until completion
- Knowledge in Mechanical, I&E, Fabrication, Safety, Civil, etc.
- Capable of leading a crew in both technical and safety aspects
Selection Process:
- Day 1: Written English Test
- Day 2 & 3: Training (9 am to 4 pm)
- Day 4: Final Face-to-Face Interview
- Tea/Coffee provided during training

- Duration: 45 days, extendable from September onwards
