Duties:
- Install, configure and test fire alarm systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and functional tests on fire alarm panels, sensors and notification devices.
- Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems, including wiring, control panels and peripheral devices.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards (e.g.,NFPA, local regulations).
Technical Maintenance-Fire Fighting Technician (FG01818)
Salary: 120KWD to (Negotiable)
Duties:
- Install and maintain fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, fire pumps, and extinguishers.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in fire suppression systems, including valves, hoses, and pumps.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, local codes).
- Refill and service fire extinguishers and other suppression equipment.
Technical Maintenance – Lift Technician (FG01819)
Salary: 120KWD to (Negotiable)
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in lift systems.
- Replace or repair defective components, such as motors, cables, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international lift safety standards (e.g., ASME, EN 81).
HVAC Technician (FG01820)
Salary: 120KWD to (Negotiable)
Duties:
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting control systems for air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Maintains service records and collaborates with team members to resolve complex system issues.
